Your pups comfort and safety comes first.
Light tangles and mild matting can sometimes be gently brushed out.
In cases of severe matting, brushing out may not be safe or possible.
To prevent pain, stress or injury to skin we may have to recommend a shave down for a healthy fresh start.
The best way to avoid painful matting is with a regular grooming schedule of every 4 to 8 weeks and brushing at home in between grooming services.
We will always discuss options before proceeding.
